For repeat clients with good payment history, I now accept online credit card payments through PayPal.com.  This allows more flexibility and convenience and is very easy to use.  If you are interested in this form of payment, please inquire. 

Additional phone access

My office phone number is 503-287-8228.  This office/land-line number allows for clearer communication than a cell phone.  I try to use this line in the morning before housecalls (between 8 and 9 am) and in the evening after returning (between 6 and 7 pm).  Please leave non-urgent messages at this number, including prescription refills and medical updates. 

Online Pharmacy

For long-term medications (including Frontline and Heartgard), compounded (flavored for palatability) drugs, and prescription foods, please use my online pharmacy.  Once I set up a "medicine cabinet" for your pet, you can order prescriptions online (choose Clients Login" on Home Page) and have them delivered directly to you.  Vetcentric Pharmacy does not charge a delivery fee for medications and can be accessed 24 hours.  Once a medicine cabinet is established for your pet, an online username and password will be set-up for you to access your prescription(s). VetCentric Pharmacy can also be reached at 1-866-838-2368.
