Hours

Monday - Thursday:  9 am - 5 pm

Closed - week-ends and major holidays.                    

Exceptions (week-ends, late evenings or early mornings) can sometimes be accomodated.  An extra charge may apply.

I can be reached during business hours (Mon-Thurs. 9-5) on my Cell phone:  503-799-1665.  Because I am often on the road, please be prepared to leave a detailed message. I do return calls as quickly as possible (next business day at the latest).

I can also be reached at my office #:  503-287-8228.  This land-line allows for clearer communication (longer conversations) without distractions.  You can also use this number for non-urgent messages (including prescription refills, medical updates) or for faxes.

When scheduling appointments, please allow 1/2 hour before and after scheduled time for arrival (traffic, location of previous calls can affect travel time).  Also, please allow an hour for scheduled appt. (plus 1/2 hr. per additional pet).  Please give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations/changes to appt. time.
